Last week we were so busy preparing the clinic to open that I didn’t have time to sit and make a meal plan. That is real life though. When times like that happen I make it easy on myself and get stuff to make beef stew, gf spaghetti, and a few simple meals that include a meat, a starchy carb, and a vegetable.
As far as the clinic goes, we are still planning to open our doors on March 1st. We can’t believe that day is almost here. If you still are not sure if our clinic will be helpful for you, Jake will have time slots open each morning for free phone consults to see if we are a good fit for you. He will also be doing a couple different group visits twice a month focusing on two main topics: 1)Adrenals, Stress and Energy and 2) Demystifying Detoxing the Body. These would also be good introductions to the practice and our philosophy on health and wellness. Once our online scheduler is ready we will post it to the website! Eggs with bell peppers and fruit. *If you have time on Sunday, cut your bell peppers up ahead of time so that in the morning you can easily throw your veggies in a pan.*
